Individual Perinatal and Parental Psychotherapy

Perinatal psychotherapy centers on the mental health of pregnant and postpartum people and their families. The path to pregnancy and parenthood is both universal and unique to each of us and many people benefit from extra support during such a dramatic emotional and physical change.

Psychologically, the perinatal period is a time of tremendous opportunity for growth, reflection, and repair. It can also bring unanticipated emotional experiences that can feel isolating and uncomfortable. Brooke can offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to make sense of your experiences and move through pregnancy and parenthood with more confidence and ease.
